Capital Letters is a not-for-profit landlord and housing service provider. We are owned by our member London boroughs and were originally set up with investment from the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities. Our mission is to end housing insecurity in London.

We have homes for rent across London.

We generally offer 1, 2, and 3-bedroom great quality homes for rent right across London. The difference with a Capital Letters home is that by renting with us you are directly supporting our work with London families in need.

Many of our homes are designated for families in need and those experiencing homelessness. Our member boroughs provide tenants from their housing waiting lists, and we support them throughout their tenancy. Other homes are let at fair market rents, and our surplus is used to help those in need find a home.
