Request a repair

For any repair or maintenance issues during your tenancy, contact EVO Property Management, our dedicated repairs service provider.

When you start your tenancy, EVO will reach out to help you set up an account. Once you’re all set up, you can download the free EVO Living app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store. This app allows you to report repairs anytime, day or night.

Additionally, you’ll find helpful “how to” guides on the app for common tasks like changing a light bulb or testing your smoke alarms.

For any concerns not covered by EVO, please reach out to the Housing Management Team.

We want you to have a safe and secure place to live. If you’re facing a life-threatening situation or encounter illegal activity, please call the Police immediately.

Tenancy fraud

Tenancy Fraud includes the following:

  • Unlawful subletting – where a tenant rents out their home without the permission of their landlord
  • Unlawful assignment – where a tenant stops using their tenancy as their main home and allows another person to live there without the permission of their landlord
  • Obtaining housing by deception – where a person gets a home by giving false information on their application.

If you suspect someone is committing tenancy fraud, report it in confidence by clicking the button below.

Keep your home warm, safe and dry

We take mould and damp issues very seriously. Please report any issues to us immediately and we will carry out an inspection to determine the cause of the issue and discuss with you how it can be resolved.

To avoid condensation or mould issues inside the property you can:

  • Close kitchen and bathroom doors to prevent steam going into colder rooms.
  • Open windows briefly each day for ventilation. Keep trickle vents in window frames open for ventilation.
  • Avoid drying wet laundry indoors where possible. Ventilate the room if you are drying laundry indoors.
  • Use heating during winter months to prevent moisture buildup.
  • Ventilate the room when cooking or washing. Leave the window open or the extractor fan on for up to 20 minutes after you have finished.
  • Remove any condensation that has built up on your windows with a dry cloth.

You can find more information in your Tenant Welcome Pack.
