This website is owned by Capital Letters, a company that procures and manages London accommodation from private landlords and managing agents to prevent and relieve homelessness across the capital of 27 Clements Lane, London EC4N 7AE. Capital Letters provides its service to you, subject to the following terms and conditions, which may be updated from time to time without notice to you. It is your responsibility to regularly check these Terms and ensure that you agree to them prior to using this website. Unless you agree to be bound by these Terms you should exit this website immediately. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

2.1 Capital Letters reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, the services offered on this website with or without notice. You agree that Capital Letters shall not be liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of such services.

2.2 If any provision of these Terms (or part of any provision) is found by any court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, it shall be deleted from these Terms.

3.1 Although Capital Letters has made all reasonable efforts to ensure that the website is free from viruses and other damaging components, Capital Letters cannot guarantee this. Neither can Capital Letters guarantee that use of the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure and/or error-free.

3.2 Capital Letters is not responsible or liable for and does not endorse any websites which you may visit via hyperlinks provided from time to time on this website and you visit and carry out transactions on such websites entirely at your own risk.

6. Promotional marketing – link to details of campaign on website

6.1 Capital Letters marketing campaign 2019 is subject to these terms and conditions:

  • Capital Letters will let your property in 7 days after it has been accepted by our partnering borough
  • Capital Letters will make rent arears a thing of the past. This is a result of Capital Letters’ unique rent guarantee insurance which will mitigate the risk of rent arears

6.2 All information provided during the campaign, Monday 20th January to Sunday 16th January 2020, is subject to change without notice. While Capital Letters makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that information published is up to date and accurate Capital Letters does not guarantee this.

Throughout the pandemic, Capital Letters has found homes for families on behalf of London boroughs, while putting the safety of our staff first. Our office is closed and we are working from home.

We operate under the government guidance for property businesses, updated on 7 January 2021. We inspect properties virtually, as the government requests. Where absolutely necessary to ensure properties meet our quality standards, we will inspect in person while adhering strictly to the guidance on social distancing and hygiene. We ask landlords to do the same.
